Fuela — Privacy Policy

Fuela is made by Harbourworks (Malta). This policy explains what information Fuela uses and why. Draft — review before publishing: confirm the processors and retention below match the shipped app.

Information we handle

• Account. If you create an account, we store the details needed to sign you in and sync your data across your devices.
• Food photos & nutrition data. When you log a meal, the photo is sent to our nutrition-analysis provider to estimate macros (calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat). The resulting entries are saved to your account so they're available on your devices.
• Training data. If you connect a training service (for example Garmin), Fuela accesses the activity data you authorise, to line up your training with your fuelling. You can disconnect it at any time.

Service providers

• We use third-party providers to run the app — for example cloud hosting and storage, and an AI provider that estimates nutrition from your meal photos. They process data only to provide these features to you.
• These providers have their own privacy terms, and we share only what is needed for the feature to work.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete individual entries in the app. To delete your account and the data associated with it, email us and we'll action it.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have rights to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Not medical advice

Fuela provides nutrition estimates to help you train and plan. It is not medical or dietary advice.

Children

Fuela is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
